My name is Joshua Bartlett, and I am the founder, owner, and editor at Centenarian Fitness.

I’ve been a hobby runner for almost 18 years, starting in college, and I currently run around 15-20 miles per week to help stay fit and healthy. I’ve run numerous 5Ks, some 10Ks, and I’m currently training for my first half marathon.

In short, I’m just like you! I’m not a professional runner by any means, but I have a wealth of experience and knowledge about running simply because of the mistakes I’ve made and the lessons I’ve learned the hard way.
